Mango Strawberry Smoothie

Looking for a healthy way to start the morning? Try this delicious mango strawberry smoothie!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 8oz of strawberries, washed, hulled and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 cup of oat milk
    Can substitute with almond, soy or coconut milk.
  • 1/2 cup of water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy!
